From long time, apple is considered the representative of good health and vitality for one reason that you can keep it close to you to eat anywhere and anytime. You can put one in your bag or briefcase or wallet where an apple comes wrapped in its own packaging which is the sweet taste and protective crust inside which this sweet and pungent taste is hidden. The apple is not only useful but easy to eat as well. But Apple is not just a healthy snack, where studies show that eating apples helps to cut the risk of heart disease. In the laboratory, it has been proved that the apple has force which can stop the growth of cancer cells. The research is still in its infancy, but eating an apple or two per day would keep you away from the doctor’s office.
Although many people prefer apple pulp or flesh, but the apple therapeutic power is in the cortex, which contain large amounts – 4 milligrams – from a compound called (QUERCETIN). Like vitamin (C) and beta carotene, this substance is one of the antioxidant compounds that is useful in preventing oxygen molecules from damaging individual cells. Over time, this helps to prevent changes in cells that lead to cancer.

The researchers also found in one study in (Netherlands) that men who eat an apple a day (with two tablespoons of onion, and four cups of tea) had lower risk of heart disease by 32% compared with others who took a less quantity of apples.
“So eating an apple every day is not a bad idea,” says Dr. “Lawrence H..Cochi “assistant professor of public health and nutrition and epidemiology at the University (Minnesota) in (Minneapolis). And heart disease are not the only diseases faced by the power of (QUERCETIN), where this compound proved its effective influence as well as against the cancer.
Says Dr. (Cochi)“when some cells exposed to a carcinogen, Then put it in (QUERCETIN), you prevent the conversion of the cells to cancer cells because you prevent carcinogen compound from work.”

Regardless of what is confirmed by recent discoveries, apple is the best food sources that contain fibers. It contains both types of fiber: soluble and insoluble, also includes a substance called (pectin), which resolved with water. But of course, if you had to choose between soda and apple juice, you can choose apple juice immediately, but do not use it as a substitute for real apple.

1 teaspoon of salt-free butter and cut into small pieces
